About Chef Dave
Dave Frank was born and raised in Cleveland, Ohio before he headed off to college in the big city – New York City, that is. As he was finishing his degree at Yeshiva University, he started doing what he really loves, cooking, and he hasn’t stopped since.
Chef Dave went on to attend the French Culinary Institute in New York and served as chef in some of the finest Kosher restaurants in New York such as Abigael’s.
One of the few professional Kosher chefs in the region, Chef Dave brings his unique vision, style of cooking and flavorful creations back to his community.
Food tastes better with beautiful presentation. Chef Dave has years of experience bringing his own artistry to the delectable food that he creates.
Each appetizer, entree and desert gets a carefully planned display to maximize the presentation of the food. This level of presentation is in line with the level of service ordered for the event.
And, as always, everything is cooked fresh and from scratch, starting from the most basic ingredients and arriving at the wonderful creations you see at a Chef Dave’s event.
